If you are a Government of Nunavut (GN) employee who is leaving the GN for any reason or circumstance (positive or negative) you should be given the opportunity to complete an Exit Survey. The Survey responses are confidential and can be submitted via email or in a sealed, addressed envelope. Employees names will never be associated with any of their answers when the GN compiles data from the surveys. The reason why the NEU encourages Members to enquire about the Exit Survey when leaving GN employment is these anonymous responses can help the GN identify any patterns or circumstances experienced by departing employees to make improvements or adjustments within Departments that can lead to a better workplace for current and future GN employees. If (or when) you are leaving GN employment, please inquire about this survey as part of your exit process – it can help resolve issues you may have experienced during your employment with the GN.
