Please take advantage of the opportunity presented to learn about the contributions of Black Canadians. By Celebrating Black History, we honor the important part in Canadian history that Black Canadians have played as we continue to evolve to a more just and inclusive society by eliminating the horrible and destructive impacts of systemic racism. Today and Every Day we need to understand that it is difficult to move forward without recognizing the issues that need to be addressed as we attempt to become a society that includes and recognizes all equally with dignity and respect.
