We are thrilled to inform members that the 2025 PSAC North Regional Women’s Conference will be on held May 24 and 25 at the Kwanlin Dün Cultural Centre in Whitehorse, Yukon.

This fully-funded event is open to all PSAC members in good standing in the North Region who self-identify as Women.

Conference Objectives

Regional Conferences are intended to create a forum for activists to reflect upon, discuss, and take action on issues facing their communities.

PSAC North Women members will gather under the theme Flourishing or Flatlining or Floundering to discuss progress and threats to Women’s rights in Canada, and how to continue advocating for these rights.

Resolutions will be discussed, debated and voted on at the Conference and then subsequently submitted to the appropriate bodies, including the upcoming PSAC National Women’s Conference scheduled for 2025. The Resolutions should be aimed at strengthening and improving the Union’s work on women’s rights and advancing our objectives. The deadline to submit Resolutions is March 7.
