The Northern Territories Federation of Labour  (NTFL) is holding Convention in Iqaluit starting on May 28 at the Aqsarniit Hotel.The NTFL  is looking for an Elder to open the Convention with the traditional lighting of the qulliq on May 28 at 10:00 am..
