Your voice matters and your input is critical to ensuring we succeed in securing the demands you see as most important.
To make things simpler we now have an online form for submitting your bargaining demands available at these links:

Send your demands in through the form before the deadline of October 1, 2024 (on October 1st the form will close).
It will greatly assist the bargaining process if you:
- Briefly outline your proposal. You do not need to provide actual language.
- If the purpose of your proposal is to simply clarify wording, give examples of problems of misinterpretation of the current agreement.
- If this is a new proposal, or a change, briefly describe the problem which prompted your proposal and provide relevant supporting rationale.
- Keep the rationale brief and to the point.
This new input form will:
- Improve the focus of bargaining.
- Streamline the process.
- Improve responsiveness to workplace issues.
- Increase our successes in achieving your demands.
This system will also help prevent duplication in demands and it will simplify the process of creating reports for the upcoming bargaining conference.

Delegate Call
In preparation for bargaining we also hold a Bargaining Conference, at the PSAC Regional Office in Iqaluit, December 2nd – December 4th, 2024. We are looking to have one QEC member per NEU regions (8 regions) plus 1 delegate from Baker Lake (HQ) and the Local president for QEC members:
- Nunavut Capital Region – Iqaluit
- Qikiqtaaluk South – Sanikiluaq, Kimmirut, Kinngait, and Ottawa
- Qikiqtaaluk Centre – Clyde River, Qikiqtarjuaq, Pond Inlet, Pangnirtung
- Qikiqtaaluk North – Grise Fiord, Resolute, Arctic Bay, Sanirajaq, and Igloolik
- Kivalliq South – Arviat, Whale Cove, Rankin Inlet, Churchill and Winnipeg
- Kivalliq North – Baker Lake, Chesterfield Inlet, Coral Harbour, and Naujaat
- Kitikmeot West – Cambridge Bay and Kugluktuk
- Kitikmeot East – Gjoa Haven, Kugaaruk, and Taloyoak
